Product Manager - Dynamics CRM
Steven is the Product Manager for CRM, a role he is very excited about and will enable him to help grow and strengthen the CRM business at Intergen, working with the business development managers. marketing and delivery teams while managing key relationships with strategic partners.
Steven has been working in the field of CRM for over 12 years, implemented over 20 CRM solutions and has experience across a broad range of CRM technologies, industries and countries. Steven is competent in all aspects of the project lifecycle and has key strengths in CRM strategy and best practice processes. Over his career he has worked for a number of companies including IBM, HP, CGNZ, Integral and CRM niche companies with roles such as Practice Lead, Solution Architect, and Business Analysis and Process Consultant.
Steven is a strong advocate of “Naked CRM.” So what is Naked CRM?
Steven says: “When I talk about naked CRM I am referring to a CRM system that is configured for the business user with the Customer in mind. It’s all about keeping it simple and focusing on the needs and insights required by users to make it worthwhile to enter the data in, in the first place and then use it in their day to day work.
