Bruce Smith

General Manager, Sales

Bruce is the National General Manager for Sales. He is responsible for the national leadership of Intergen’s business development managers and customer relationship managers, charged with ensuring the strength of Intergen’s sales culture.

Bruce started with Intergen’s Wellington office in 2004 as a Business Development Manager.

Bruce has 25 years’ experience in professional sales roles, and has led sales teams in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He has a passion for the sales process and developing and mentoring sales people to reach their full potential.

Bruce says: "I feel really strongly about developing our sales people to be the best they can be, and the best in the business. My vision is that everyone within Intergen will come to identify themselves as a sales person, whether they like it or not!"
